In this session, we'll look at the impact of stress and ways to decrease it from a few different types of perspectives including that of an individual's psychological well-being, an injured employee's healing, and leaders' influence. We will take a look at how these three scenarios can experience stress and anxiety and share ways to reduce the overall impact of that stress and anxiety. You'll learn how to enable an overall improved work environment and healthier life through this holistic view.

Objectives:
+ Learn new ways to manage and reduce anxiety and stress along with the negative results on overall well-being
+ Discover ways to assist injured employees in the return to normal life and work
+ Acquire new ways to lead employee work groups in a positive, non-anxious manner
